Thank you for your interest in registering your VENDOR BUSINESS for our show.

Attached to this page you will find a .PDF file you can print and fill out to secure you place in our event, you can pre-register by following one of the following steps.

1)  Print form, fill it out and return it by mail to us with you check or money order

2)  Print form, fill it out and scan or take a photo (make sure it is clear) and email it back to us. 

3) Fill out the form below and pay virtually when contacted.  After it is received you will be notified by phone or email on instruction on how to pay with Mastercard or Visa,  PayPal

Once you vendor booth as been accepted  you will be able to send payment for the show dates. 

2025 UPDATES 

If you are an Indoor vendor participating in our vendor show it will be a three-day event:

5pm - 9pm (CST) Friday

10am – 8pm (CST) Saturday 

10am-5pm (CST) Sunday 

-Adequate load in time will be scheduled for indoor vendors on Friday August 16th and Load out will be Sunday Evening After 5pm. 

**THERE WILL BE NO LOAD IN OR LOAD OUT DURING SHOW HOURS** 

-If you are an Outdoor vendor participating in our vendor show it will be a three-day event:

 5pm - 9pm (CST) Friday

10am – 8pm (CST) Saturday 

10am-5pm (CST) Sunday 

-Adequate load in time will be scheduled for outdoor vendors on Friday  or Saturday  before 8am and Load out will be Sunday Evening After 6pm. 

**THERE WILL BE NO LOAD IN OR LOAD OUT DURING SHOW HOURS**
