Food Vendors: Bluegrass Legends Experience Food Truck Rally reserves the right to limit the number of food vendors based on product duplication, but does not guarantee menu item in similarity in limited cases. 

Food vendors must agree to commit to being on site for THREE days during the weekend. Event open hours are as follows: 

FRIDAY AUGUST 16TH 5PM-9PM (CST) 

SATURDAY AUGUST 17th 10:00AM – 8:00PM (CST)

SUNDAY AUGUST 18th 10:00AM – 6:00PM (CST) 

The Bluegrass Legends Promoter may allow exceptions for vendors with unique situations. 

Food vendors are required to meet all local, state and federal health and safety regulations as they relate to food service sales and these certificates must be present at your booth. 

Food vendors may sell products during the event scheduled hours. Spots are reserved through our website application process. Vendors are asked to continue to provide food service until at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled closing time, but no later than 30 minutes after scheduled closing time. 

Food vendors may not sell alcoholic beverages. Food vendor fees are a $150.00 per food truck, trailer, cart or individual display and must be paid in full prior to the deposit deadline, In the case payment is not made in full Bluegrass Legends promoter reserves the right to replace you with food vendors on our waiting list, unless specifically authorized otherwise by the promoter in written documentation.

Bluegrass Legends reserves the right to allow a similar food vendor to take the place of another on in the event that a food vendor may not be able to participate or payment of fees have not been received by states date deadline.

Bluegrass Legends Show cannot refund or pro-rate food vendor’s participation fees without written approval by the promoter. Bluegrass Legends will provide a venue and, advertising and promotion of the event, Food Truck Proprietors will be required to supply access a quite power generator. (Power Is NOT GUARANTEED But May Be Supplied)

We invite our vendors to promote their appearance in advertising and on social media. We allow and encourage our authorized vendors to use our Bluegrass Legends Logo and social media as advertising for your business attendance at/during the event
