on-site VEHICLE registration FOR 2026

Thank you for your interest in registering your vehicle for our show.

CAR / TRUCK / JEEP / RAT-ROD / MOTORCYCLE  ON-SITE REGISTRATION WILL BE OPEN ONSITE IN  2026

IF YOU PRE-REGISTERED BEFORE CUTOFF TIME / DATE

When you arrive to the show you will need to enter from the north end or the property (explained on our Maps & Directions page) from 12th Ave. When you pull up to our registration area you will tell the attendant you have pre-registered. Once they pull your information, you will complete the on-site registration and liability forms on site.

From that point you will be guided by one of our team members to your pre-assigned display area on Saturday. If you are staying with us on Sunday but pulling out of the park Saturday evening you will be returning to same location on Sunday morning for day two of the show.  If you are not able to return for Sunday, all judging will be done during show hours on Saturday and you will be contacted after the show for instructions on how to pick up any awards you may have won.

-Sunday morning on the park we will have a church service, followed by a fun filled day two of the car show and food truck rally & vendor show. The daily schedule of events will be posted prior to the show dates.

-There is No Overnight Camping in the park, there will however be a location on the sports center property adjacent to the park where over night truck & trailer parking.

-Open Container Guidelines for The Event and city park as follows:

 Owensboro City Laws are to followed for all activities, alcohol beverages are not allowed in the park.  There will be sales of beer in the Owensboro Sports Center and will be managed by qualified staff member of that facility, you are allowed to drink those beverages inside the sports center property as well in a designated outdoor area allowing the food truck festival to be a part of the beer garden. 

NO OUTSIDE ADULT BEVERAGES WILL BE ALLOWED AS CARRY-IN To This Area, 

LIKEWISE NO ADULT BEVERAGE PURCHAED INSIDE WILL BE ALLOWED As CARRY-OUT 

of the designated beer garden area.

 Bluegrass Biker News is proud to announce our OVERNIGHT SECURITY TEAM. 

They will be keeping the Bluegrass Legends Experience Grounds and your Vehicle or Vendor Display Safe And Secure Overnight. From 8pm - 8am Both Friday and Saturday.

They will be working in tandem with Owensboro Police Department throughout the night.
