AS A INDOOR VENDOR YOU ARE GOING TO BE INSIDE THE OWENSBORO SPORTS CENTER WITH AIR CONDITIONING, ELECTRICAL ACCESS, NIGHT TIME LOCKED DOOR SECURITY.
