Swap Meet Application Event Live Music
Hey there,
Welcome to the Bluegrass Legends SWAP MEET application page.
Thank you for your interest in registering for our show.
You can pre-register by following one of the following steps.
1) Print form, fill it out and return it by mail to us with you check or money order
2) Print form, fill it out and scan or take a photo (make sure it is clear) and email it back to us.
3) Fill out the digital form on this page and pay digitally when contacted.
After your application is received, you will be notified by phone or email with instructions on how to pay with Mastercard or Visa or PayPal.
Once your swap meet booth has been accepted (you will be notified with 72 hours of application being received) you will be able to send payment for the show dates.
If you are a swap meet vendor participating in our vendor show it will be a two-day event 9am – 7pm (CST) Saturday and 10am-5pm (CST) Sunday.
Adequate load in time will be scheduled for Swap Meet vendors on Friday August 18th and Saturday morning (prior to show opening to the public) 8am (CST) and Load out will be Sunday Evening After 5pm.
**THERE WILL BE NO LOAD IN OR LOAD OUT DURING SHOW HOURS**
Swap Meet Spaces Will Be Approximately 9’x 20’ (one parking spot size) at a cost of $25 per parking spot. These spaces are limited in numbers so apply or request your Swap-Meet space soon!
